Robert Grabosch (1982), LL.M. (Cape Town), attorney-at-law and partner at GTP.
I studied law in Berlin, Leuven (Belgium) and Cape Town (South Africa), have been practicing as attorney in Berlin since 2011 and am a qualified business mediator. Wouter Timmermans and I formed GTP in 2014 with the objective to offer legal services to international clients doing business in Germany and the Netherlands.
My focus is on commercial, contract and corporate law. Additionally, I advise business clients and NGOs on the risks and benefits of corporate responsibility.
I have special expertise in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), such as the assessment of potential risks and consequences stemming from known or potential environmental and human rights violations. CSR touches on various areas of the law, such as torts, unfair competition and administrative law. I develop customized CSR concepts for our clients and advise on the effective corporate integration of all procedures and controlls.
