Many Obstacles, Little Justice
How can victims of corporate human rights violations claim their rights in Germany?

is taking place on 4th November 2014 in the Senate Hall of Humboldt University Berlin. The question is whether civil lawsuits in Germany based on negative human rights impacts abroad have any chances of success.

The aspects of material law will be discussed from 15:30 on by Prof. Dr. Bachmann and Attorney Robert Grabosch, chaired by Sarah Lincoln.

There will be simultaneous English translation.
